The latest version of Omnitracs Roadnet Anywhere, v4.1, is now available with more reporting and enhanced routing. This updated solution now allows for more views into a fleet, including service history statistics.

The Roadnet Anywhere web app has a new module within FleetView called Service History, which shows users all of the delivery history for the service locations they choose. Users can see with just a few clicks how customers have been serviced, then respond quickly and accurately to customers. For example, if a customer says your driver is “always” late, you now have the data to show that is was in fact only one day. Service Summary shows all deliveries and how many and what percent were on time, early, or late — plus how many were made on off-days.

Another enhancement included in this new version is the ability to set up routing windows to span multiple days. If routers want to route their whole week at once, they can add orders to routes later in the week and complete those routes as new orders are added throughout the week. They can also dictate whether they want the orders to be evenly distributed throughout all the days in the routing session or if they want them to be earlier or later in the window.

Roadnet Anywhere v4.1 also gives drivers more mobile functionality. Drivers using Androids can now select a night mode for when they begin their routes in the middle or the night or before the sun rises, easing their eyes and minimizing distractions. Drivers can also now attach photos to their survey answers so the manager instantly knows about delivery issues such as damaged product — giving time for proactive decision making.

New Insight features allow fleets to better analyze transportation operations. Fleets can now create scorecards to create multi-measure “grades” for different aspects of business such as drivers, routes, and equipment. The addition of bubble charts gives users a way to easily evaluate three related measures at once through one view.

Batch geocoding gives users the ability to designate the software to automatically geocode multiple service locations. Now if there are any issues with a location, they are brought to users’ attention for quick decision making.

These are several of many new features in Roadnet Anywhere v4.1. To learn more about this powerful, web-based tool, go here
