Getting healthy or traveling might be part of your New Year’s resolutions, but have you thought about professional development? Fleet managers who want to cut inefficiencies and work smarter in 2017 are joining us at Omnitracs Outlook 2017. With over 70 breakout sessions to choose from, there’s something for everyone — whether you’re a Safety Specialist, Logistics Analyst, Transportation Manager, DOT Trainer, Router, or the CIO.

Those who seek hands-on product training will be happy to hear about Outlook’s entire track dedicated to training. Omnitracs product experts will guide attendees on how to make the most use out of the products they use.

Some highlights include:

  • The ELD Mandate – Choose from the ES or XRS training session to learn how to get fully prepared for the ELD Mandate compliance with Intelligent Vehicle Gateway (IVG), MCP, or XRS.
  • XRS Power Training – Learn some best practices, tips and tricks, and hidden — and not-so-hidden — gems to make your back office more efficient.
  • Roadnet Anywhere – Choose from Roadnet Anywhere power training, or Roadnet Anywhere Dispatching, or both! We’ll go over installation, routing, common use scenarios, and dispatching.
  • Get Up and Running on Omnitracs Navigation – Learn how to set up and configure Omnitracs Navigation. Includes how to use the map editor and how regular over-the-air map updates help your company be up-to-date, more efficient, and drive more safely.
  • Hours of Service Training for Dispatchers and Drivers – See how Omnitracs MCPs and IVG will help you comply with the ELD Mandate. This session is a hands-on solution training that addresses how to add drivers, edit logs, run reports, and use the web portal.

But, Outlook isn’t just for power users and their managers. Anyone involved in fleet management will find value in breakout sessions covering compliance, productivity, planning and delivery, data and analytics, and safety and security. Attendees will have multiple opportunities to meet technology partners, network with peers, and hear from industry thought leaders like ATA President & CEO Chris Spear and FMCSA Director Joe DeLorenzo.
