John Graham

Chief Executive Officer

John Graham is chief executive officer of Omnitracs, LLC, and brings a wealth of software, services, and technology executive leadership to his current role. Before joining Omnitracs, Graham served as president of the security, government, and infrastructure (SG&I) division at Intergraph Corporation, a global business that provides geospatial, mobility, and resource management technologies to both government and commercial industries. Prior to joining Intergraph, Mr. Graham served as executive vice president, global sales and service, for Siemens UGS Software. He has also held senior executive positions at Cap Gemini, Siebel Systems, and Electronic Data Systems, and is a former U.S. Navy officer. Graham holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Mississippi and a master’s degree in business administration from George Mason University.

David Post

President and Chief Operating Officer

David Post is president and chief operating officer of Omnitracs, LLC, overseeing the company’s strategic initiatives, global operations, and corporate development efforts. Post has nearly two decades of experience in the high technology space across a number of verticals, including real estate, healthcare, financial services, and public sector. Prior to joining Omnitracs, he served as chief executive officer of MRI Software, LLC, a leading supplier of accounting and property management software. Before MRI, Post was the vice president of customer operations for Sunquest Information Systems and also held positions at a number of firms within the technology consulting and vendor sectors, including Kintana, Accenture, and Keane Consulting. Post received a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Seton Hall University and a master’s degree in business administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Jordan Copland

Chief Financial Officer

Jordan Copland is chief financial officer of Omnitracs, LLC and brings more than 28 years of combined strategic financial and business development leadership at both public and private companies to his current role. Before joining Omnitracs, Copland held chief financial officer positions at Harbor Freight Tools, a vertically-integrated, private label retailer of tools and equipment, and GSI Commerce, an e-commerce, multichannel and interactive marketing technology solutions provider. He also served previously as chief financial officer and interim chief executive officer at EDC, LLC and held a number of senior finance and business development roles during his tenure at the Walt Disney Company. Copland earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and international relations, and master’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Pennsylvania.

David Vice

Chief Sales Officer

David Vice is chief sales officer at Omnitracs, LLC, and is responsible for leadership of the sales and marketing organizations across Omnitracs business units. Vice brings more than 20 years of experience building and leading sales organizations and implementing marketing strategies. Most recently, he served as executive vice president of sales and client management at NTT DATA, Inc., an IT company that delivers technology-enabled services and solutions to clients around the world. Previously, Vice served as vice president of the Strategic Segments division division at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services and held senior sales positions with EDS. Vice sits on Texas Christian University’s e-business Advisory Council. He formerly served as executive vice president and board member of Wendover Financial Services Corp., a subsidiary of EDS, and as a member of the Texas Tech Rawls School of Business Advisory Council. Vice received a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Texas Tech University and completed graduation work at the London School of Business.

Dan Speicher

Chief Technology Officer

Dan Speicher is chief technology officer at Omnitracs, LLC, and is responsible for providing a consolidated product vision and development strategy, aligned across Omnitracs business units. Prior to joining Omnitracs, Speicher spent five years as chief information officer at Hughes Telematics (HTI), where he led teams that developed world-class telematics solutions for Fortune 500 customers including Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen, State Farm and AAA in the United States, Europe, and China. Following Verizon’s purchase of HTI, he led corporate integration initiatives. Previously, Speicher spent 20 years with InfoGroup, a multi-national list data and marketing solutions provider, where he held a variety of positions including CTO, and provided leadership for mergers and acquisitions and the development of a shared services infrastructure. He also served in the U.S. Air Force, where he flew on airborne intelligence collection missions during the Cold War and was an instructor and curriculum developer for airborne intelligence collection courses.

Kevin Haugh

General Manager

Kevin Haugh, General Manager for Roadnet Technologies, joined the company in 2012. He is responsible for directing the overall product strategy, product management, and product marketing activities for the company. Mr. Haugh has more than 20 years of management experience in enterprise software and has directed product management and product marketing activities at multiple highly successful software companies, including, Metastorm, OpenText, and ProAct Technologies. In his previous role, Haugh was responsible for a software portfolio that focused on business process management and business process analysis/optimization. Prior to his career as a software executive, Haugh provided system and technology consulting to numerous commercial and government organizations. Haugh earned a bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University in public policy and economics.
