Welcome to the second post in our series of “Meet the Team” blogs! Occasionally, we will profile one of our valued Qualcomm team members, showcasing their experience and expertise, role at Qualcomm, how their work positively impacts the fleets we serve and their insights on industry trends. Today we feature Tom Neppl, Qualcomm’s new appointed vice president of operations.
This week’s “Fleet Connections” video features five of our customers talking about what it’s like to work with Qualcomm and our customer service team. We know our customer service team is the best in the business, and we’re so proud of all the hard work this team does to keep our customers satisfied. In fact, our customer service team was recently honored by the American Business Association with a Stevie Award. And, as you’ll see in this video, our customers think we’re doing a great job too!
At QES, we have always taken great pride in what our customers have told us is “industry leading” customer service. Before, during and after the sale, our outstanding team of industry veterans is committed to delivering on the promise of our award-winning fleet management solutions.
Every day I get questions from customers and prospects about our applications and hardware, but I’m always surprised when they don’t ask how we’re going to support them after the sale. Any time you’re dealing with software and technology, things are going to be updated, fleets will want to change or add something, and ultimately, support will be needed. Not only will it be needed, but how it’s provided will make a huge difference to the efficiency of the fleet.
