Charles Fleet is responsible for leading strategic initiatives and ensuring Omnitracs leads in a global environment of increasing frequency of change. He brings two decades of experience driving transformation initiatives globally. In his most recent role, Charles led the Transformation Office at Travelport, overseeing portfolio operations, leadership coaching, AGILE/SAFe training, and management of the continuous improvement backlog at the enterprise. Prior to Travelport, Charles was Global Head of Payments Solution for CGI, where he transformed seven disparate operational groups into a cohesive global team with core staff across six global centers. Charles has deep experience with creating cohesion in diverse and geographically disparate teams and brings a unique breadth and depth of experience in bringing products and services to market, along with introducing innovative ways to work within a company. Charles holds a B.S. with Distinction from Virginia Military Institute and a Master of Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Ray Ghanbari is the Chief Technology Officer at Omnitracs, LCC. He brings more than 25 years of technology and leadership experience as an entrepreneur and technology thought leader. Ray has a deep understanding of analytics and data-driven value creation across multiple industries. Most recently, Ray was CTO at SmartDrive, which was acquired by Omnitracs in October 2020. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Product Development for FICO and the CTO and Executive Vice President of Product Development for PatientSafe Solutions, Executive Vice President of Strategy and Products for Vital Images, CTO at Ingenix (a $1.3B subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group) and CTO for the Performance Marketing division of Yahoo! Ray earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. In addition, he earned a Master of Science degree in physics from Cambridge University in England and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Illinois-Urbana.
John Hofmann oversees Omnitracs’ financial and legal operations, including accounting, finance, mergers, and acquisitions. He brings 20 years of operations, private equity, and management consulting experience across multiple technology sectors, including software, information services, marketing technology, data and analytics, communications, and financial technology. Prior to joining Omnitracs, Hofmann served as the chief financial officer at Infogroup. Before that, he was a director at Silver Lake Sumeru where he sourced and managed new investments. Preceding his time at Silver Lake, he served as vice president at GTCR where he focused on technology and business services investments and performed strategic and operational assessments for corporate clients at McKinsey & Company. Hofmann holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Pennsylvania. He has also served on the boards of Syniverse Technologies, Influence Health, and National Processing Company.
Paul Kirkpatrick oversees the Omnitracs legal organization and provides strategic advice to the executive leadership team. He has responsibility for initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, securities and compliance, intellectual property, and other corporate matters. Prior to joining Omnitracs, Kirkpatrick served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Commercial Metals Company, where he was responsible for overseeing global legal functions for the NYSE listed, Fortune 500 company. Kirkpatrick advised senior management and the Board of Directors concerning a wide range of legal, regulatory, and business issues — including corporate, securities, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation matters. Earlier in his career, Kirkpatrick served as a transactional and securities attorney at Haynes and Boone, LLP, a law firm based in Dallas, Texas, where he represented both private and public company clients. Kirkpatrick is a graduate of SMU’s Dedman School of Law and Baylor University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
Dan brings over 25 years of experience in business and corporate development, strategy, finance, and private equity in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Prior to joining Omnitracs, he was the Senior VP, Corporate Development at SmartDrive, and before then he spent seven years with FBB Venture Capital and Pacific Coast Ventures, investing in, and helping, entrepreneurs and management teams successfully grow their businesses. Dan was also a key member of the Strategy and Corporate Development team at Case Corporation, a $6 billion manufacturer of heavy equipment, and was responsible for acquisitions, recapitalizations, divestitures, and joint ventures for the company’s worldwide operations. Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute) and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
Pam Marion has responsibility for customer migrations and implementations, customer success, customer support and technical operations, and large customer programs at Omnitracs. She brings more than 25 years of software experience to the Omnitracs executive team. In her most recent role, Marion served as Chief Customer Success Officer for Domo where she was responsible for working with customers in all aspects of the E2E customer experience. She was accountable for strategically driving all of client services which included consulting, support, account management, renewals, education and strategy. During this time, she increased renewals to record levels along with both customer and employee engagement. Prior to Domo, she spent 12 years with SAP, where she served in many leadership roles in services, sales and development. During her last two years she served as Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President of strategic programs and customer experience for SAP SuccessFactors. Prior to SAP, she worked a combined 15 years with Kronos and Ultimate Software, leading national teams in consulting, sales, development and account management. Marion holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics from High Point University.
Stacey Martin is responsible for the growth and development of a solidified organizational culture that encourages the empowerment and engagement of all employees at Omnitracs. With over 20 years of experience and leadership within dynamic technology organizations, she guides a team of HR professionals in creating opportunities that will holistically advance and strengthen the overall Omnitracs workforce. Prior to joining Omnitracs, Martin served as the group vice president of human resources at Travelport, vice president of human resources at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, and senior vice president at Science Applications International Corporations (SAIC). Martin also worked at CGI Group in various positions, including vice president of human resources and workforce development where she oversaw a team of 100 professionals. Martin received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from George Mason University and has earned Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications.
Paul Nagy is Chief Product Officer at Omnitracs, LLC and is responsible for defining product strategy and product delivery across the entire product portfolio. His extensive expertise in building and leading high performing Product teams will allow Omnitracs to deliver solutions that will enable our customers to deliver true business results. Prior to joining Omnitracs, Nagy held various senior-level roles at CDK Global, ADP, Cobalt Group, Apple and NeXT Software. Most recently, he served as the Chief Product Officer for CDK Global delivering solutions that enabled end-to-end automotive commerce. In that role he was responsible for leading the Product Management, Development, and User Experience teams that designed, defined and delivered solutions that spanned from the Dealer Management System, Customer Relationship Management, Service, Digital Marketing, Title & Registration, Global Networking & Telephony, Document Management, Electronic Payments, Printing, Data & Analytics and Heavy Truck. Prior to that, Paul's career has exclusively been focused on Silicon Valley technology companies, holding product leadership roles at BlueRoads, Selectica, Apple, and NeXT Software. Notable contributions include delivering the industry-leading Internet Selling System that powered Dell and Cisco’s online configuration and sales systems, as well as driving the early days of the NeXT Step operating system, which ultimately became MacOS X. Nagy earned a Bachelor of Science from Santa Clara University and did electrical engineering coursework at California Polytechnic State University.
Greg Nelson leads the global commercial organization, including sales, marketing, and business development functions to ensure customer success and revenue growth. He brings more than two decades of experience to this newly-created role. Nelson was most recently senior vice president of global sales at Masergy, where he led the company’s sales, business development, and client services organizations. Prior to Masergy, Nelson spent much of his career with Forrester Research where he served in multiple executive positions – including leading the global sales organization as the company’s chief sales officer. Nelson has also held executive positions at Giga Information Group, Sterling Software, and Texas Instruments. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
Jason oversees the integration and India operations of Omnitracs + SmartDrive and brings nearly 30 years of leadership delivering products to market for fast-growing technology companies such as Qualcomm, Now Software, Clientele Software, and Tut Systems. Prior to joining Omnitracs, he was the Chief Operating Officer at SmartDrive. Before then, Jason was the Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at Webtrends, Inc. responsible for defining the product development and go-to-market strategies for the award-winning Marketing Lab suite of digital marketing solutions. As a founding member of the 800.com Electronics management team, he pioneered selling consumer electronics online, growing the company to $50 million in four years. He is a graduate of Oregon State University with degrees in Marketing and Economics.
Michal Yariv serves as Vice President and General Manager of Strategic Initiatives. In this role, Yariv focuses on the development and implementation of value-added services and applications that can be deployed on top of the core Omnitracs products. Her teams utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and data capabilities to explore new avenues that continue to drive efficiency for Omnitracs customers in addition to top-line revenue growth. Yariv brings a wealth of market knowledge, product strategy, and leadership to the team. Yariv has over 20 years of experience in transportation and technology. Prior to joining Omnitracs, she held leadership roles at Coyote Logistics (acquired by UPS) and Expedia. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Master of Science in IT, both from Northwestern University.
