Ray Greer

Chief Executive Officer

Ray Greer is chief executive officer of Omnitracs, and has been a well-respected leader in the transportation and logistics industry for many years. Prior to his current role, Ray was president of BNSF Logistics, subsidiary of Burlington Northern Santa Fe, a Berkshire Hathaway company. In addition, Ray has held leadership roles at Greatwide Logistics Services, Newgistics, Ryder Integrated Logistics, and FedEx. Ray received his BS degree in Mathematics from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City and holds a Masters of Science in Information Systems and Telecommunications from Christian Brothers University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of DCT Industrial Trust, and LifeVantage. He has also served in advisory roles with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the White House Council on U.S. Competitiveness.

Pat McCaffrey

Chief Operating Officer

Pat McCaffrey is chief operating officer of Omnitracs, LLC, overseeing the company’s professional services, customer experience, customer support, and post-sale customer experience initiatives. A graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, McCaffrey has spent his career in the technology, outsourcing, and professional services industries. Prior to joining Omnitracs, McCaffrey served as senior vice president for TeleTech, where he was responsible for overall business performance across TeleTech’s customer experience service lines in the healthcare and public sector markets. Previous to that, McCaffrey served as regional vice president for BT Global Services. In this role, he managed BT’s network outsourcing business in the US. McCaffrey also spent seven years at CSC Consulting as a senior vice president and managing partner. He held various senior-level roles at CSC including overall management responsibility for nine geographic business units supporting CSC’s consulting clients in the US. Later, he was accountable for CSC’s professional services practices in SAP, Oracle, CRM and supply chain in the US. McCaffrey started his career in technology in various roles at EDS (now Hewlett Packard Enterprise) and also has experience as a senior leader at both venture capital and private equity-backed companies.

Sarah Hagan

Chief Financial Officer

Sarah Hagan is chief financial officer of Omnitracs, LLC, and is responsible for global finance, accounting and external audit. Prior to joining Omnitracs, Sarah spent 11 years at Sabre Corporation, a technology solutions provider to the global travel and tourism industry, where she held several senior leadership roles in both accounting and finance. Earlier in her career, Sarah was an auditor with public accounting firm RCO. Sarah is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas and a BA in Accounting from University of Texas at Arlington.

David Vice

Chief Sales Officer

David Vice is chief sales officer at Omnitracs, LLC, and is responsible for leadership of the sales and marketing organizations across Omnitracs business units. Vice brings more than 20 years of experience building and leading sales organizations and implementing marketing strategies to our fleet management corporation. Most recently, he served as executive vice president of sales and client management at NTT DATA, Inc., an IT company that delivers technology-enabled services and solutions to clients around the world. Previously, Vice served as vice president of the Strategic Segments division at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services and held senior sales positions with EDS. Vice sits on Texas Christian University’s e-business Advisory Council. He formerly served as executive vice president and board member of Wendover Financial Services Corp., a subsidiary of EDS, and as a member of the Texas Tech Rawls School of Business Advisory Council. Vice received a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Texas Tech University and completed graduate work at the London School of Business.

Kevin Haugh

Chief Strategy and Product Officer

Kevin Haugh, chief strategy and product officer, joined the company in 2012. He is responsible for directing the overall product strategy, product management, and product marketing activities for our fleet management company. Haugh has more than 20 years of management experience in enterprise software and has directed product management and product marketing activities at multiple highly successful software companies, including, Metastorm, OpenText, and ProAct Technologies. In his previous role, Haugh was responsible for a software portfolio that focused on business process management and business process analysis/optimization. Before his career as a software executive, Haugh provided system and technology consulting to numerous commercial and government organizations. He earned a bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University in public policy and economics.

David H. Arnold

Vice President and General Counsel

David Arnold is vice president and general counsel of Omnitracs, LLC. Arnold manages the Omnitracs legal and contracts departments and provides strategic leadership and legal advice to the Omnitracs enterprise and its executive team. Before assuming his current role in November 2013, Arnold served as chief counsel for Omnitracs, Inc. and for several years as senior director and legal counsel for Qualcomm Enterprise Services (QES), a division of Qualcomm Incorporated. Arnold previously held various other positions in the QES legal department. Arnold holds a B.S.B.A degree in General Business from the University of Denver and a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law. He is a member of the California Bar Association, San Diego County Bar Association, Association of Corporate Counsel, and Transportation Lawyers Association.
