Ray Greer

Chief Executive Officer

Ray Greer is chief executive officer of Omnitracs, and has been a well-respected leader in the transportation and logistics industry for many years. Prior to his current role, Ray was president of BNSF Logistics, subsidiary of Burlington Northern Santa Fe, a Berkshire Hathaway company. In addition, Ray has held leadership roles at Greatwide Logistics Services, Newgistics, Ryder Integrated Logistics, and FedEx. Ray received his BS degree in Mathematics from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City and holds a Masters of Science in Information Systems and Telecommunications from Christian Brothers University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of DCT Industrial Trust, and LifeVantage. He has also served in advisory roles with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the White House Council on U.S. Competitiveness.

Pat McCaffrey

Chief Operating Officer

Pat McCaffrey is chief operating officer of Omnitracs, LLC, overseeing the company’s professional services, customer experience, customer support, and post-sale customer experience initiatives. A graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, McCaffrey has spent his career in the technology, outsourcing, and professional services industries. Prior to joining Omnitracs, McCaffrey served as senior vice president for TeleTech, where he was responsible for overall business performance across TeleTech’s customer experience service lines in the healthcare and public sector markets. Previous to that, McCaffrey served as regional vice president for BT Global Services. In this role, he managed BT’s network outsourcing business in the US. McCaffrey also spent seven years at CSC Consulting as a senior vice president and managing partner. He held various senior-level roles at CSC including overall management responsibility for nine geographic business units supporting CSC’s consulting clients in the US. Later, he was accountable for CSC’s professional services practices in SAP, Oracle, CRM and supply chain in the US. McCaffrey started his career in technology in various roles at EDS (now Hewlett Packard Enterprise) and also has experience as a senior leader at both venture capital and private equity-backed companies.

John Hofmann

Chief Financial Officer

John Hofmann is the chief financial officer at Omnitracs, LLC and is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial and legal operations which include accounting and finance as well as mergers and acquisitions. He brings 20 years of operations, private equity and management consulting experience across multiple technology sectors, including software, information services, marketing technology, data and analytics, communications, and financial technology. Prior to joining Omnitracs, Hofmann served as the chief financial officer at Infogroup, a leading information services and marketing technology business. Prior to that, he was a director at Silver Lake Sumeru, a technology-focused private equity firm where he sourced and managed new investments. Preceding his time at Silver Lake, he also served as vice president at GTCR where he focused on technology and business services investments as well as served as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company performing strategic and operational assessments for numerous corporate clients. Hofmann holds a master’s degree from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated magna cum laude. He has also served on the boards of Syniverse Technologies, Influence Health, and National Processing Company.

Stacey Martin

Chief Human Resources Officer

Stacey Martin is the chief human resources officer at Omnitracs, LLC and is responsible for the growth and development of a solidified organizational culture that encourages the empowerment and engagement of all employees. With more than 20 years of experience and leadership within dynamic technology organizations, she will guide a team of HR professionals in creating opportunities that will holistically advance and strengthen the overall Omnitracs workforce. Prior to joining Omnitracs, Martin served as the group vice president of human resources at Travelport, a travel commerce platform that provides technology solutions for the global travel and tourism industry. Prior to that, she was vice president of human resources at LexisNexis Risk Solutions and senior vice president at Science Applications International Corporations (SAIC). Preceding her time at Travelport, LexisNexis Risk Solutions, and SAIC, Stacey worked for many years at CGI Group in various positions including rising to the role of vice president of human resources and workforce development where she oversaw a team of 100 professionals. Martin received a B.S. in Psychology from George Mason University and has earned Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications.

Greg Nelson

Chief Commercial Officer

Greg Nelson is the chief commercial officer for Omnitracs, LLC, responsible for leading the global commercial organization, including sales, marketing and business development functions to ensure customer success and revenue growth. He brings more than two decades of experience to this newly created role. Nelson was most recently senior vice president of global sales at Masergy, where he led Masergy’s sales, business development and client services organizations. Prior to Masergy, Nelson spent much of his career with Forrester Research where he served in multiple executive positions – including leading the global sales organization as the company’s chief sales officer. Nelson has also held executive positions at Giga Information Group, Sterling Software and Texas Instruments. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing and management information systems from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

Kent Norton

Chief Technology Officer

Kent Norton is the chief technology officer at Omnitracs, LLC and is responsible for driving research and development and product portfolio expansion. His ability to drive business transformation through the integration of IT infrastructure, software and product development drives scalability and growth for Omnitracs and our customers. Prior to joining Omnitracs, Norton held various senior-level roles within the Honeywell organization. Most recently, he served as the vice president of engineering for the safety and productivity solutions segment. In that role he was responsible for leading the engineering and product development of the workflow solutions software business. Prior to that, he was responsible for both the global scanning and mobility, and the sensing and control business units as chief technology officer and vice president of engineering. In addition, he also served as chief information officer and vice president of business transformation for these business units earlier in his tenure at Honeywell. Preceding his time at Honeywell, Norton spent 16 years as a vice president of information technology at SPX, Flow Inc. (formerly SPX Corporation) where he was responsible for leading multiple segments including food and beverage, industrial, and risk management. Norton received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Cincinnati and did graduation coursework in computer science at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Paul Nagy

Chief Product Officer

Paul Nagy is Chief Product Officer at Omnitracs, LLC and is responsible for defining product strategy and product delivery across the entire product portfolio. His extensive expertise in building and leading high performing Product teams will allow Omnitracs to deliver solutions that will enable our customers to deliver true business results. Prior to joining Omnitracs, Nagy held various senior-level roles at CDK Global, ADP, Cobalt Group, Apple and NeXT Software. Most recently, he served as the Chief Product Officer for CDK Global delivering solutions that enabled end-to-end automotive commerce. In that role he was responsible for leading the Product Management, Development, and User Experience teams that designed, defined and delivered solutions that spanned from the Dealer Management System, Customer Relationship Management, Service, Digital Marketing, Title & Registration, Global Networking & Telephony, Document Management, Electronic Payments, Printing, Data & Analytics and Heavy Truck. Prior to that, Paul's career has exclusively been focused on Silicon Valley technology companies, holding product leadership roles at BlueRoads, Selectica, Apple, and NeXT Software. Notable contributions include delivering the industry leading Internet Selling System that powered Dell and Cisco’s online configuration and sales systems, as well as driving the early days of the NeXT Step operating system, which ultimately became MacOS X. Nagy earned a Bachelor of Science from Santa Clara University and did electrical engineering coursework at California Polytechnic State University.

David H. Arnold

Chief Legal Officer

David Arnold is chief legal officer of Omnitracs, LLC. David manages the Omnitracs legal and contracts departments and provides strategic leadership and legal advice to the Omnitracs enterprise and its executive team. Before assuming his current role, David served as general counsel of Omnitracs, LLC since November 2013 and for several years as senior director and legal counsel for Qualcomm Enterprise Services (QES), a division of Qualcomm Incorporated. David previously held various other positions in the QES legal department. David holds a B.S.B.A degree in General Business from the University of Denver and a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law. He is a member of the California Bar Association, San Diego County Bar Association, Association of Corporate Counsel, and Transportation Lawyers Association.
